Hi Friends -
Ahhh..... October in San Diego. I can't tell you how many amazing, clean, clear, beautiful waves I've ridden this past month, taking some time after an incredibly busy and awesome summer, getting this album out, and finishing up a very intense season of music. My foot was on the gas pedal for months, and it was just superb and needed to take a bit of time to rest, refresh, re-create - with my family, my surfboard, my trailer - and now it's time to hit that gas pedal again, and push this album to the moon and back!
Thanks to each and every one of you who have purchased the album, attending the release shows, and all-around shown support for what I think is my best release yet. It feels so good to have it finally out and circulating and riding the waves of who-knows-what-and-where-it-will-be-taken. I'm just happy to be on this wave, trying to enjoy every moment of where the music brings me.
As you know, I put together two really cool, really different, album release parties here in San Diego, and I just strung together some video of some of the tunes my wife shot at the last one at the Belly Up Tavern on Septebmer 28th. Hope you enjoy this little home video - just so stoked with incredibly band, I had to share!
