Form 1 - Wedding Ceremony Form - Recorded Music or Live Music

This is a basic rundown of the wedding ceremony.  You can also download this form
in Word format and email it back to me if you prefer (coming soon).

You can choose whatever style of musical theme you like, whether its traditional
classical music, or more modern love songs and lite rock.

Here is the basic flow of the wedding ceremony and the elements we need to decide
upon:

Basic reception timelines:  Receptions can run in any order and we can tweak the
schedule in any way you'd like.  However, here are some standard formats that work
well.  Each has its advantages.  Generally, it's best to lump several things together in
order to not disrupt the flow or the dancing too often.  Check one you like, or we can
decide later.  
Flowchart #1  (the most common):  Cocktail Hour -- Grand Introductions of Wedding Party
and Bride and Groom --Straight into Dinner -- Toasts after dinner -- followed by First
Dance, Father/Daughter and Mother / Son Dance  --followed by Open Dance --Cake
Cutting -- Open Dance -- Bouquet Toss / Garter Belt / Honeymoon Dance - Open Dance til
close.

Dinner Hour / Cocktail Hour
For your dinner hour and/or cocktail hour, we usually play an eclectic mix of classics, lite rock
favorites, and tasteful modern songs.  Please take a look at the sample dinner playlist, and let
me know if this is line with your tastes.

You can also choose do a theme for your dinner and/or cocktail hour, such as movie
soundtrack themes, epics, Disney tunes, instrumentals, celtic,  jazz, oldies, etc.

Let me know the artists you like, and you can also brainstorm on your favorite songs, and we'll
do the rest!

Grand Entrance of the Wedding Party and Bride and Groom (This is where we
introduce the wedding party and the happy new couple.  Its usually two fun songs,
something to get the party started, one for the wedding party and one for the
couple).

know if you hate YMCA, or the Chicken Dance,etc.   (I have  yet to play Macarena!!)  I
have clean versions of all songs with questionable lyrics.  Also let me know genres  you
do not want (i.e. gangsta rap or if you have bad childhood memories when you hear
Sonny and Cher, etc.)

selections based on your favorite songs.  We can perform almost any song, and will
give you a quote based on the simplicity or complexity of your wishes.
